Level II Armed Protective Security Officers shall perform their duties in accordance with the duties outlined on the Post Orders which are prepared by FEMA for all shifts on each post. Except for emergencies, the responsibilities of the Level II Armed Protective Security Officers may not deviate from the duties prescribed in the Post Order the COR may modify, amend, and/or revise Post Assignment Records to change shift duties, start and stop times, and post locations, provided the change has no increased impact on the Contract cost. The duties of some guard posts require that an Level II Armed Protective Security Officers not leave his or her post until properly relieved.
