Repair or replace all damaged fascia for all roof edges to create a solid substrate. Wrap the fascia in pre-finished aluminum wrap, custom bent to follow the fascia profile. The wood shall be completely wrapped, and the wrap shall be securely fastened to be water-tight and rodent proof. Install metal drip edge at the gable and fascia roof edges, to cover the top edge of the wraps. Repair or replace all damaged soffits for all roof edges to create a solid substrate. Install pre-finished soffit panels, with vents installed. See attached file.

Finally, the Commission reviewed resolutions concerning a 14th Amendment to the General Planned Development (GPD) for 11301 West Lake Park Drive to add Assembly Hall and Catering Service as permitted uses, and a resolution approving a Riverwalk and associated plans for a five-story office building at 350 South Water Street, which involved conditional approval for deviations from Riverwalk Site Plan Review Overlay Zone standards due to site constraints like railroad encumbrance.
The agenda for the Board of Zoning Appeals hearing covers numerous cases requiring dismissal or approval for various requests.
