The project is a 6,700 SF addition and renovation of the existing 1-story building on an approx. 0.20 acre site (60' x 150') in the 400 block of Davis Avenue. The existing building currently has one story with a full basement; a new addition and renovations will complete the building with one additional story, totaling two (2). There will be a front addition of 1,080 SF total over two stories that includes a new 2- story entry, new stairwell and area for a caf . The rear addition consists of two stories and basement that will include a kitchen, classroom, and a 780 SF extension to the first level. The second level will be constructed above the existing first level, and in addition to the front addition will consist of a 4,080 SF level constructed above the existing first level. The new elements include conference room; executive offices; basement after-hours community meeting space; new elevator serving all levels. The new building will be sprinklered.
