Work includes, but is not limited to, the following placement and compaction of soil. Backfill soil will be loaded, transported, placed, and compacted by the contractor. No erosion control measures will be required. Periodic street sweeping between the stockpile location and the site will be performed by the contractor as required. Work includes the placement of a top layer of engineered fill. Work includes the installation of utilities; water, electric. Conduit and cables for electric are part of the work. Final connections for electric will be coordinated by the contractor with the utility provider. Paving, striping, and site lighting will be installed as part of the work. Site drainage, subject to the conditions of a coastal resource management council assent, will be installed as part of the work. Miscellaneous items include fencing, railroad crossing warning devices, landscaping, and an entrance gate and guard booth with security camera.
