Work includes all labor, services, materials, equipment, and documentation necessary for the construction of the Well Project. This includes drilling, testing, equipping, and constructing a new 8” municipal well for the tribal water system. The project also includes a new 224 SF +/- CMU well equipment building, new electrical service, 353 LF of well transmission main, one service connection, one fire hydrant and chlorination facilities, as outlined in the Contract Documents, Plan Sheets and Summary of Work Bid Items. Additive/Alternative work for zonal sampling/testing of the well is also included in the scope of work.
