This document outlines a modified implementation plan for the County Transit Strategy 2028, focusing on a phased and sustainable approach to enhance public transit services. Key priorities include adjusting the weekday Belleville Bus route for peak hours, continuing the Summer Weekend Connector, maintaining existing specialized and on-demand services, and gradually introducing new services such as a dedicated on-demand service in Picton and a fixed route connecting Wellington, Bloomfield, and Picton. The plan emphasizes improving fixed-route service, increasing ridership, improving awareness of county-wide on-demand programs, and fostering regional collaborations for funding and technology, while collecting data and rider feedback to ensure responsiveness to community needs.

This Parks and Recreation Master Plan for Prince Edward County is designed to guide municipal investment and management of parks, open spaces, programs, events, facilities, and amenities for the period of 2025-2034. The plan is structured around three key pillars: Community Recreation Hubs, Service Delivery Excellence, and Parks & Outdoor Facilities. It aims to effectively address community needs, optimize existing assets, enhance service provision, and strategically develop outdoor spaces and trail networks in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.

Developed by a dedicated Task Team, the plan's primary objective is to increase child care availability through a series of actionable recommendations. Key strategic areas include advocating for increased provincial and federal funding, leveraging incentives and partnerships to expand services, embedding child care as a core community priority through coordinated governance and strategy, proactively planning and zoning for future child care infrastructure, conducting comprehensive data collection and forecasting, and exploring other innovative, flexible solutions. The ultimate goal is to expand access to child care, enhance family well-being, and strengthen the local economy.

This working strategy outlines the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) roadmap for The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward. It builds upon the organization's commitment to valuing and supporting diverse perspectives, cultures, experiences, and accessibility, as embedded in its 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. The strategy focuses on four key areas: Education and Inclusive Action, Workspaces, Succession and Recruitment, and Accountability and Transparency. It aims to foster a workplace where all staff, council, committees, volunteers, and contractors are treated equitably and to establish the County as a desirable place to work, through education, action, and collaboration.

The committee also recommended the approval of a heritage permit for 279 Picton Main Street, Picton, concerning the installation of storefront signage, with discussions held regarding the nature and lighting of the sign.
