To repair storm damage sustained on three buildings at this site. The repairs are to include roof replacement, dry wall and insulation replacement, a door replacement, ceiling and insulation replacement, installation of gutters and downspouts, and to replace a portion of the side of the Chino Yard Office to perform maintenance to the metal roofs on the Supervisor’s office and the Chino Shop; to repair window frames on upper windows, to caulk ALL of windows, and to install a Z bar at the roof line on the Supervisor’s Office; and to gutters and downspouts on the Chino Shop.
