The Work consists of construction of a new horse stall facility and the relocation of current horse stalls, and the construction of a new storage facility. The Storage building is approx 10,500 SF and the Horse Stall building is approx 23,170 SF. Both buildings will be Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings with site work and all appurtenances. Contractor will be responsible for supply and construction of all site work, landscaping, utilities, footings, foundations, flatwork, PEMB, framing, insulation, overhead doors, metal doors, frames and hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing shown.
