The Northwest Tower rises 28 stories (285 feet) with 311 apartments. The South Tower has 30 stories (300 feet) and 461 apartments. The Northeast Tower features 24 stories (261 feet) and 71 luxury condominiums. The development will feature a unified five-story podium comprising ground-level lobbies, retail spaces, loading areas, parking, and residential units situated around the perimeter. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Work includes replacing an existing 12-story office building while strategically reusing the two-level below-grade garage to reduce environmental and construction impacts. The development will include a new 7-story residential building with 340 apartments, consisting of five stories of type iiia wood-frame construction over a two-level type ia concrete podium, all built atop the existing garage and plaza deck and rising 83-feet tall. The project will feature a robust amenity package including a fitness center, golf simulator room, coworking space, an amenity courtyard with pool at the podium level, and a rooftop amenity deck to deliver a highly competitive, modern living experience.
