The Project is subject to the Rosslyn Sector Plan and consists of nearly 1 million SF of new construction in total, including a 7-story parking garage (2-stories below grade) containing approximately 661 parking spaces and three residential building with extensive amenity spaces including rooftop pools. The residential towers are centered around a 30,000-square-foot private landscaped terrace granting residents immediate entry to lush outdoor space. The Northwest Tower rises 28 stories (285 FT) with 311 apartments. The South Tower has 30 stories (300 FT) and 461 apartments. The Northeast Tower features 24 stories (261 FT) and 71 luxury condominiums. The development will feature a unified five-story podium comprising ground-level lobbies, retail spaces, loading areas, parking, and residential units situated around the perimeter.
