Examine various innovative and practical solutions to reduce heavy truck traffic and regional freight movement within the downtown Pullman area, while providing safe, reliable and practical alternative route(s) for freight movement. Critical to this study will be collection of reliable big data, including origin-destination patterns of freight and agricultural vehicles, as well as passenger vehicles, while accounting for the seasonal peak(s) of regional traffic patterns.
