This work is required to replace the existing, non-operational HVAC controls system which manage the currently installed HVAC system. Soliciting another company would lead to a potential disruption of HVAC systems and due to no other systems being compatible with the existing system due to proprietary hardware and software. Additionally, the use of any other equipment or software would necessitate the total replacement of the existing HVAC system.
