This Strategic Plan represents the Town of Oromocto's collective vision for the future, acting as a forward-looking roadmap built on community input. It is structured around three core strategic pillars: Healthy Community, Infrastructure, and Collaboration. The plan aims to invest in the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents by enhancing recreational opportunities and healthcare access; build a strong and sustainable infrastructure that supports growth and safety; and strengthen community partnerships to advance shared priorities and economic vitality. The overarching vision is to foster a prosperous town that leads in protecting natural gifts and ensures accessible services for everyone.
