The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award funding to successful applicants to provide auxiliary mobile health services to remote/underserved areas of Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific counties. Funds may be used to expand existing services or create new ones that meet the goal, with preference to those providers that can strengthen local infrastructure. This RFP seeks to add specific types of services not currently available under existing RHTP contracts.
