The meeting will include finance reports reviewing month-to-date and year-to-date February 2025 financials and a financial operations update. Discussion and consideration will be given to resident and fellow salary increases for the next academic year. Unfinished and new business items will also be addressed.

The meeting agenda includes an executive session to discuss confidential communications with the board's attorney regarding potential legal claims and proprietary information. Other agenda items include approval of meeting minutes, recommendations from the Medical Executive Committee (including staff appointments and credentials), resident and fellow salary increases, contractual agreements (specifically an interventional radiology agreement), financial reviews, a quality committee update, the OSU Medical Center president's update (including construction updates), unfinished business, new business, announcements, and adjournment.

The meeting agenda includes the CEO's report covering financial and legislative updates, a potential vote to increase a construction contract with Crossland Construction for the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, a vote to authorize reimbursement to the OSU Medical Trust, a vote on a three-year agreement with OnBoard, and a discussion to enter into an executive session to discuss confidential communications between the board and its attorney(s) concerning pending or potential investigation(s) and/or claims regarding the allocation and management of legislatively appropriated funds.

The meeting agenda includes the execution of oaths of office, election of officers, approval of bylaws, general policies, procedures, and standards. Reports and discussions will cover the College of Veterinary Medicine status, administrative services and fiscal agent agreements, accounting and payment/reporting agreements, transfer of state appropriated funds, transfer of funds for facility renovations, and the purchase of equipment. The agenda also includes a review of administrative/operational structure, designation of future meeting dates, and a review of ethics commission rules and filing requirements.

The meeting agenda includes a memorial resolution honoring Regent and Authority Member Jarold Callahan, welcoming a new Authority Member, and electing a Vice Chair. Reports will be given on the status of the College of Veterinary Medicine, and the CEO will present a report including a Memorandum of Understanding with the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority regarding capital funds. The CEO will also report on renovations, equipment purchases, faculty positions, and additional funding requests for various projects, including the demolition and renovation of the necroscopy cooler, renovation of the Equine Clinical Laboratory, and reallocation of equipment purchase funds. A financial report for the Animal Teaching Hospital will also be presented.
