Discussions also included modifications to existing agreements for Sugar Creek Packing Co., and terminations of agreements with clawbacks for IAC Huron, LLC, Eloquii Design, Inc., Frutarom USA Inc., Matrix Technologies, PCCW Teleservices (US) Inc., and Superior Production LLC. A FEIN change was approved for ORIX Real Estate Capital Holdings, LLC, and a tax credit agreement termination was approved for Hydro-Aire, Inc.

The Ohio Job Creation Tax Credit Authority meeting reviewed and approved tax credits for Starr's Auto Body, LLC and Vinyl Kraft Acquisition, LLC. The Authority also reinstated a tax credit agreement for Dollar Shave Club, Inc., added a grantee to the Datacenter Tax Exemption for Cologix Services Company LLC, and reassigned a tax credit agreement from Dura-Line Corporation to Dura-Line LLC. Additionally, the termination of agreements without clawback for Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. and Cintas Corporation No. 2 were approved. Several third-party authorizations and alternative calculation requests related to the Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) program were also approved.
