For solutions to support IARPA and the broader Intelligence Community (IC) in advancing research, development, experimentation, prototyping, test, procurement, and sustainment of solutions relevant to the IC mission. This initiative, entitled the “IARPA Solutions Marketplace”, will solicit, collect, assess, and curate Intelligence Community-relevant solutions, and make those solutions available through rapid acquisition pathways. The Marketplace provides a venue for Government organizations to search, view, review, compare, contrast, contact, negotiate, and procure IC-relevant solutions through rapid acquisition pathways. For industry, academia, and individual solution providers, the Marketplace is a valuable tool to promote IC-relevant solutions, products, software, and services to the Intelligence Community in an environment with multiple rapid acquisition pathways.

(1) SCIF availability and accreditation, including the ability to provide existing accredited SCIF space and/or execute buildout to achieve accreditation, along with a credible accreditation pathway and timeline for the initial site(s); (2) multi-tenant operations, including support for both single-tenant and multi-tenant occupancy models and governance/operating procedures that preserve tenant separation as required; (3) tenant onboarding and day-to-day security operations, including processes for personnel access, visitor control, badging, and security incident reporting, plus defined onboarding timelines and a repeatable onboarding playbook; (4) IT/connectivity concept, including a clear delineation of Respondent-provided versus Government-furnished IT/services and a plan to support permitted unclassified IT services and a concept to integrate Sponsor-directed classified connectivity (if applicable); (5) scalability, including a repeatable site selection and replication concept for multi-site expansion across CONUS and a staffing/supply-chain approach to scale operations. Requirements for Contractor support to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Facilities and Mission Services (FMS) group. The FMS mission is to promote quality of life by ensuring the ODNI facilities are accessible, well-maintained, healthy, clean, comfortable, safe, and resilient. Liberty Crossing (LX) and Intelligence Community Campus – Bethesda (ICC-B) offer fitness facilities to support the health and wellness of the IC members (staff, detailees, assignees, contractors and others) in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle by providing well-maintained, clean, comfortable and safe workout spaces to aid in these pursuits. To deliver exceptional service to the workforce, the ODNI/FMS remains resolute to adapt to workforce and mission needs in a timely and professional manner by offering certified trainers to meet the demands of the workforce. The ODNI FMS seeks to aid the ODNI workforce with qualified and dedicated, personally-tailored solutions for a well-balanced, and agile workforce.
