The Contractor shall provide the following services: Provide legal review, analysis and guidance pertaining to the application and interpretation of the PSOB Act and implement regulations (and any related laws and regulations) necessary for administrative determinations of PSOB claims. Conduct initial legal review of preliminary evidence of record and provide written analysis of legal issues involved in the administrative determinations of claims for benefits. Prepare and provide screening or scoring for each claim, consistent with office policy. Conduct initial legal review of death or disability claims and all evidence of record for legal sufficiency. Provide written analysis of legal issues involved in the adjudication of PSOB Office level claims. Provide draft determinations of PSOB Office level claims for review by PSOB Legal Counsel. The scope of this effort is for the contractor to provide a workplace reservation system for employees to reserve conference room and workstation reservations using software customized for the current OJP building, and integrated with mobile app, conference room tablets, and other systems at the OJP. The system is used daily by up to 1,400 federal and contractor staff members as an efficient and transparent method for requesting over 885 OJP reservable resources.
