The FY2022-2023 budget includes a water rate increase from $3.96 to $4.05 per 1,000 gallons, a projected 0.5% increase in sales, and a 7.5% compensation increase for Authority employees. The budget also accounts for an 11% increase in health insurance premiums and capital improvement expenditures. It outlines revenue projections based on water rates and sales, and expense projections for salaries, electrical service, chemicals, testing, VRS retirement, and insurance.

The budget includes a water rate increase from $4.05 to $4.13 per 1,000 gallons, a market adjustment of 5.0% to the Authority's pay scale, and a compensation increase of 9.5% for Authority employees. It also incorporates capital improvement expenditures projected to be approximately $8.5 million, to be paid from the reserve account. The budget assumes a 0.5% increase in sales in the coming year.
