Approx. 950 LF of 6", 3,350 LF of 8", and 20 LF of 12" diameter restrained joint water main replacement and 8 connections to the existing water system. The work also includes replacement of 97 water services, 7 fire hydrants, 7 blowoff assemblies, and 1 air and vacuum relief valve (ARV) assembly. Existing water main and appurtenances shall be filled and abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind & overlay, curb, sidewalk & 35 ADA ramp replacements.

The project consists of the following work: Schedule A - 190/35 Water Main Replacement Schedule A consists of the installation of approx. 18 LF of 8" restrained joint ductile iron water main, 280 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of seven (7) 1" water services, one (1) 2" blowoff assembly, appurtenances, and one connection to the existing system. Existing 2" water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay, and curb replacement. Schedule B - 190/60 Water Main Replacement: Schedule B consists of the installation of approx. 350 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of eleven (11) 1" water services, one (1) 2" blowoff and air-vac assembly, appurtenances, and one connection to the existing system. Existing 2" water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay, and curb and concrete replacement. In addition, all sewer manhole castings in the overlay area will be replaced. Schedule C - 198/64 Water Main Replacement: Schedule C consists of the installation of approx. 260 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of seven (7) 1" water services, one (1) 2" blowoff assembly, appurtenances, and one connection to the existing system. Water main is replaced primarily within a private utility and access easement. Existing 2” water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay. In addition, all sewer manhole castings in the overlay area will be replaced. Schedule D - 145/104 Water Main Replacement: Schedule D consists of the installation of approx. 360 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of nineteen (19) 1" water services, three (3) 2" blowoff assemblies, appurtenances, and three connections to the existing system. Existing 2” water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay, curb and concrete replacement. In addition, all sewer manhole castings in the overlay area will be replaced. Schedule E - Juanita/88 Water Main Replacement: Schedule E consists of the installation of approx. 190 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of six (6) 1" water services, one (1) 2" blowoff assembly, one (1) fire hydrant assembly, appurtenances, and one connection to the existing system. Existing 2" water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay. Schedule F - 120/80 Water Main Replacement: Schedule F consists of the installation of approx. 475 LF of 8" restrained joint ductile iron water main, 365 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of twenty-four (24) 1" water services, three (3) 2" blowoff assemblies, one (1) fire hydrant assembly, appurtenances, and one (1) connection to the existing system. Existing 2" water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place. Restoration includes trench patching and curb and concrete replacement. In addition, all sewer manhole castings in the overlay area will be replaced. Schedule G - 124/106 Water Main Replacement: Schedule G consists of the installation of approx. 675 LF of 8" restrained joint ductile iron water main, 105 LF of 6" restrained joint ductile iron water main, the replacement of sixteen (16) 1" water services, one (1) 2" blowoff assembly, one (1) fire hydrant assembly, appurtenances, and three (3) connection to the existing system. Existing AC water main and appurtenances shall be abandoned in place to the extent feasible. Restoration includes trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay, and curb and concrete replacement. In addition, all sewer manhole castings in overlay area will be replaced and three (3) ADA ramps will be installed.

Schedule A - Lakewood Villas Mobile Home Park water main replacement: Install approx. 500 LF of 8" DI water main to replace existing; install a new 4" water meter and meter vault; and replace 1-1/2" water meter. Schedule B - Plywood Supply Company side sewer modification and manhole installation: Provide bypass pumping; install new manhole; install 6" PVC sewer pipe to connect existing side sewer to new manhole; and restore asphalt. Schedule C (optional, pending final permit requirements) - Full-width asphalt planing and overlay of the park's main driveway.
