The board authorized several financial and operational actions, including the acceptance of Treasurer's reports, the issuance of refunding bonds, and the approval of a Memorandum of Understanding. Curriculum purchases for grades K-8 were finalized, as was a personal services contract for dyslexia intervention. The board also approved the purchase of a new school bus and accepted a monetary donation. The board approved a renewal for employee major medical and prescription drug coverage with a 9.82% rate adjustment, along with a transfer of funds. Three-year contract agreements were ratified with both the Northmor Classified Employees and the Northmor Teachers Association. The board appointed an Agricultural Education Coordinator and authorized various employment recommendations including salary adjustments for administrative and support staff, signing bonuses for staff outside of bargaining units, and several multi-year and one-year staff contracts.

The board adopted a revised random drug, alcohol, and tobacco testing policy, approved the graduation list for the class of 2026, and updated policies regarding food and beverage standards and parent involvement. Furthermore, the board authorized an educational service center contract, finalized numerous personnel recommendations including teaching staff, supplemental coaching positions, and leaves of absence, and accepted a resignation.

The Board of Education approved the Treasurer's financial reports, the Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources, and student accident insurance for the upcoming school year. Policy updates were adopted, including new regulations on name, image, and likeness in athletics, district credit card usage, and artificial intelligence, alongside several revised financial and operational policies. The Board authorized various contracts, including EMIS shared services, the LEAP program, and attendance services. Capital equipment purchases were approved for a new school bus, 250 Chromebooks, and classroom projectors and video wiring. Furthermore, the Board reviewed and approved numerous employment contracts for certificated and classified staff for the 2026-2027 school year, accepted a retirement and a resignation, and made an appointment to the local public library board of trustees.
