The project encompasses multiple critical infrastructure improvements, including demolishing an abandoned water tower, installing new life safety infrastructure for the Main Building Kitchen and Dining Area, implementing a new campus generator to provide emergency power to dormitories and critical facilities, and completing multiple roof replacements based on a December 2022 roofing study. Sealed qualification packages are due by January 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and should be submitted to Muter Construction either via UPS/FedEx, in-person delivery, or electronically.
