The meeting included discussions and decisions on several key items. The agenda for February 11, 2025, was approved, followed by the approval of the minutes from January 13, 2025. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to the Electronic Communications with Students Policy & Procedure, which was reviewed, revised, and ultimately recommended for approval by the Executive Team. Additionally, the Student Complaint Procedure was presented as an information item, highlighting changes such as a focus on dispute resolution, clearer separation of informal and formal processes, increased transparency, and tighter timelines.

The meeting addressed several key items, including proposed elective changes for the Disability Studies Diploma, specifically the removal of WELL1000 and its replacement with HEED1000 to improve student success. Changes to admission pathways for Health and Technology programs were discussed, aimed at increasing accessibility through new pathways like the Bridge to Health Careers and Open Studies. An update on the Reimagine Higher Education strategic vision was presented, focusing on achievements and future goals, including initiatives like competency-based education and global alliances.

There was also discussion and approval regarding the addition of a new specialization in Biological, Life, and Health Sciences to the Arts & Sciences Diploma Program, including a change for MATH 1001: Calculus I.
