The DEPT OF THE NAVY, through the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Division and Global Emerging Infections Surveillance Branch, seeks mosquito surveillance activities in the Sultanate of Oman. The work will assess insecticide resistance, support pathogen detection, and conduct sentinel surveillance through the Vector Biology Research program of the US Naval Medical Research Unit EURAFCENT. This is an active sole-source presolicitation for the Center of Disease Control and Prevention and Oman’s Ministry of Health, rather than a grant program, with responses due September 25, 2026.
