The contractor will perform on-site and desk reviews, verify federal fund expenditures against budgets, assess subgrantee capacity, identify compliance issues, and provide training/technical assistance in accordance with MDHS Subgrant Manual and 2 CFR § 200. The anticipated base contract term is one year with up to four one-year renewals and work will primarily be performed in Mississippi.
