Deliver a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) which replaces the child welfare components of the Social Services Information System (SSIS). The successful Responder will design, configure, integrate, test, implement, and transition the solution to operations. Flexible workflow configuration to accommodate local jurisdiction practice models and evolving policy requirements. Modern, mobile responsive user experience that supports field-based work across devices and locations. Secure, role-based access and appropriate self-service portals. The initial term of this contract is anticipated to be two years, with the option to extend up to an additional three years in increments determined by the State. See attached file.
