MDHA is seeking a contractor to manage parking facilities, including daily operations, maintenance, revenue administration, and commercial retail lease administration. The work includes managing event traffic, collecting and depositing revenue, preparing financial reports, operating revenue and access-control systems, and coordinating security. The one-year engagement requires onsite work by U.S.-based vendors, and questions are due September 25, 2026.
