Provide clearing, grubbing, mass grading, and detention improvements to serve pine falls section 1, a single-family residential subdivision. Perform clearing and grubbing according to the plans and accounting for tree preservation as shown on plans; perform mass grading and earthwork operations as shown on the plans; excavate, shape, and construct detention basins and associated drainage features; install required detention pond outfall structures, inlets, and appurtenances; stabilize slopes and disturbed areas per specifications; and clean up and restore the project area upon completion.

Project scope shall include approx. 210 LF of 30" RCP storm sewer; and 690 SY of 8"-10" reinforced concrete pavement. 210 LF furnish and install 30" RCP, C-76 CL III culvert storm sewer with standard bedding and backfill (complete in place); 4 EA 30" storm safety end treatment (complete in place); 101 LF remove and dispose existing 30" RCP storm sewer culvert (complete in place); 8 EA remove and dispose existing 30" storm safety end treatment (complete in place); 2 EA txdot "AZ" inlet (per txdot detail)(furnish and install, complete in place); 252 LF regrade existing drainage ditch to proposed flow lines (complete in place); 608 LF existing drainage ditch to be cleaned, demucked and filled (complete in place). Project scope shall include excavation of approximately 9,665 LF of 8”-12” PVC water line; 7,555 LF of 8”-12” PVC gravity sanitary sewer and force main; 4,515 LF of 24”-54” RCP storm sewer; and 23,640 SY of 6”-7” reinforced concrete pavement.
