The Maryland Office of the People's Counsel seeks expert consulting and testimony services for Artesian Water Company, Inc.'s application to increase rates and amend tariff provisions in Maryland Public Service Commission Case No. 9907. The consultant will review filings, testimony, exhibits, workpapers, and discovery responses; assist with discovery and issue identification; develop recommended adjustments or policy positions; and prepare testimony and exhibits. The work also includes reviewing rebuttal or surrebuttal testimony, supporting hearing preparation, settlement discussions and briefing, and providing technical analysis for public-facing communications about the case.
