The Office of the Onikanew of Child and Family Services, on behalf of three Founding First Nations, seeks bridging consulting services for a Transitional Living Homes package comprising 60 residential building assets across nine communities. The consultant will develop the Owner’s Statement of Requirements and a Class B cost estimate to support subsequent design-builder procurement and capital funding approval. Subject to phase-gate approvals, the consultant is expected to remain involved through contract administration, commissioning, close-out, and warranty, including serving as payment certifier.
