The board meeting covered several institutional items, including the approval of the FY27 miscellaneous fee, tuition, and tuition waiver schedules. The Board of Trustees held a special meeting to conduct an executive session for the purpose of receiving and evaluating complaints against a public officer or employee, reviewing the performance of a public employee, and discussing legal matters. Following the executive session, the Board voted unanimously to terminate the employment contract of the college president for convenience.

Additionally, the Board conducted the election of officers for the upcoming term.
