The Linn County Early Childhood Plan aims to improve the lives of children aged 0-5 by focusing on four community priorities: Secure & Nurturing Early Learning Environments, Awareness of and Access to Child & Maternal Health Resources, Safe and Nurturing Families, and Safe and Supportive Communities. The plan outlines strategies to increase access to quality childcare, improve child and maternal health services, strengthen family support programs, and foster community collaboration.
