Project involves improvements to pump stations in two different areas. Area 1, Liberty Pump Station, includes the replacement of an existing pump with a new pump of the same size and capacity, modifications to an existing pump control valve, installation of a new stand-by, electrical generator, installation of a new automatic transfer switch, and various electrical upgrades. Area 2, Rainbow Lake Pump Station, includes the installation of a new stand-by electrical generator, automatic transfer switch, and upgrades to various electrical components.

Contract 1, (Areas 1-3): Areas 1-3 include the installation of 31,000 LF of new 3" PVC waterlines, valves, blowoff assemblies, hydrants, road bores, system connections, and related appurtenances. Contract 2 (Areas 4 & 5): Area 4, Liberty Pump Station, includes the replacement of an existing pump with a new pump of the same size and capacity, modifications to an existing pump control valve, installation of a new stand-by, electrical generator, installation of a new automatic transfer switch, and various electrical upgrades. Area 5, Rainbow Lake Pump Station, includes the installation of a new stand-by electrical generator, automatic transfer switch, and upgrades to various electrical components. Contract 3, (Areas 6 & 7): Area 6, existing Mayo Tank, includes the demolition and removal of the existing 100,000-gallon, elevated water storage tank, valve vaults, site fence, foundations, and appurtenances. Area 7, new Mayo Water Tank, includes the construction of a new 500,000-gallon, elevated water storage tank, installation of 300-LF of new 12" DIP water main, installation of a new altitude valve and vault, construction of site improvements, and installation of all related appurtenances.
