Replacement of four (4) fluoride feed pumps, controls, and associated piping, valves and appurtenances. 2. Replacement of fluoride transfer pump and starter panel. 3. Installation of an electric actuated valve between bulk fluoride tank and fluoride transfer pump. 4. Replacement of bulk and day fluoride storage tanks and vents. 5. Installation of a roof hatch for removal and installation of the fluoride bulk tank. 6. Structural modifications to accommodate roof hatch 7. Replacement of HVAC equipment to accommodate roof hatch. 8. Relocation of sprinkler system to accommodate roof hatch. 9. Replacement of emergency eye wash/shower. 10. Installation of safety railing around the roof.

The Lehigh County Authority's Resolution No. 7-2013-1, adopted in July 2013, authorizes the Authority to acquire a leasehold interest in the City of Allentown's Water and Sewer System under a Concession Agreement dated May 1, 2013. To finance this, the Authority is authorized to issue Series 2013A, 2013B, and 2013C Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, the proceeds of which will cover an up-front lease payment to the City, capital improvements, reserve funds, and transaction costs. The resolution also approves various associated agreements including a Trust Indenture, Consent Agreement, Services Agreement, and Escrow Agreements.
