The work for which bids are asked includes the following: The structure is a 200,000-GAL spheroid elevated water storage tank with a high-water level of 125 ft. 9 in. Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal stan dard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire tops of the platforms (including 1 ft. up the riser wall), the entire transition cone, and spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the transition cone and a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. Foundation: Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Cathodic Protection: Replace the wet interior components and attachment points of the system.
