Requires procurement, delivery, setup, training, and validation of a laser etcher system for use in the sterile processing service (sps). The contractor shall provide a complete solution that includes installation, configuration, calibration, operational validation, and training for sps staff. The laser etcher must be compatible with the censitrac software and capable of marking instruments of various sizes, materials, and thicknesses to support instrument identification and tracking. The scope includes: Procurement of one (1) Laser Etcher, including all manufacturer-recommended accessories, software, licensing, cables, mounts, consumables, and safety components needed for full operation. Delivery, unpacking, setup, and installation of the laser etcher at the designated SPS location. See attached file.

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials required to perform maintenance on the facility generators as well as annual load bank testing. Contractor shall provide annual maintenance on 18 generators. The contractor shall change the lube oil, primary and bypass lube filters, fuel filters, air filters and water filters. Filters used for Kholer generators shall be of John Deere brand. All other generators filters shall be OEM. Contractor is responsible to remove and dispose of all materials used. Maintenance shall also include the following: Battery & Battery Charger System – Contractor shall clean all battery terminals and verify integrity of cables and connectors. Contractor shall load test battery; measure specific gravity of each battery cell; inspect electrolyte level and add fluid if necessary. Contractor shall verify proper operation and float voltage of external battery charger; and verify and record output of engine alternator. See attached file.
