Work includes converting an existing 1970s-era school and gymnasium into a 1,100-seat facility. The work includes a new porte-cochere, entry lobby, hospitality space, restrooms, stair towers, elevator, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project is currently anticipated to require only limited site, civil, and traffic-related improvements. The project also includes an approximately 2,500 SF coffee bar and gathering area.
