The removal, restoration, and reinstallation of 10 window sashes. Sashes will be stripped, sanded, and returned to sound condition. Major defects including rot and/or missing or damaged sections will be repaired using fillers, epoxies, and other methods accepted by the NPS Preservation Standards. Sashes will be coated with primer paint and two topcoats of PPG latex paint in color and sheen approved by owner.
