Sports courts and related improvements. The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of trees and brush, the construction of pickleball and basketball courts, including associated grading, subbase, paving, and acrylic surfacing application, the procurement and installation of equipment and outer PVC-coated chain link fencing, the construction and associated grading of a paved 6”-wide ADA path to the sports courts from an existing parking lot, the overlay of an existing 10’-wide stone walking path, tree planting, and all other associated work.

Work generally includes double bituminous seal coats (oil & chip) along Lengle Road and a section of Elm Street. Oil and chip work includes two coats of asphalt seal coat, with the second coat applied immediately atop the first. The first coat is to be done with 1/2" clean stone, with the second coat to be with 1/4" clean stone. Work also includes the application of a single bituminous seal coat along Flanagan Road.

Project involves various repairs at the site of a 30' span reinforced concrete bridge, including, but not limited to, the backfilling of scour holes, removal of sediment buildup, installation of riprap scour protection and wingwall armoring, and all other associated work as more fully described in the construction drawings. The project also includes the implementation of erosion and sediment pollution controls, stream bypass, and other associated site work.
