Work include paving and sitework contractors to perform parking lot rehabilitation and pedestrian safety improvements. Project includes asphalt removal and replacement, base repair, grading, sealcoating, pavement markings, and installation of planters furnished with top soil and arborvitaes (or equivalent) to protect pedestrians from traffic. Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals required to complete the work.
