The construction project is valued in excess of $150,000 by the State Armory Board and requires bidders to hold a Certificate of Qualification 1795.01 or 1799.02 and enclose a 5% bid bond payable to the Adjutant General's Office. A pre-bid meeting will be held July 9, 2026 at the 181st Intelligence Wing Civil Engineering Facility, written RFIs/product substitution requests are due by 5:00 PM on July 23, 2026, and sealed bids must be emailed to the Deputy State Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM EDT on August 20, 2026.

The Department of the Army is seeking interested prime contractors for the construction of a Munitions Maintenance and Inspection facility and related storage structures at the 122d Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The project includes building two earth-covered munitions storage igloos, a Munitions Assembly Complex pad, and above-ground storage facilities with an estimated cost between $14 million and $18 million. Interested parties must submit a statement of intent and a completed response form via a single PDF by the May 15, 2026 deadline.
