Goal 2 aims to increase college-going in the community by raising awareness, improving financial support for students, and streamlining the transition from secondary to post-secondary education. Goal 3 promotes continuous improvement by enhancing institutional effectiveness and efficiency, strengthening the IRSC brand, and cultivating alternative revenue sources. The plan includes tactics and key performance indicators for each sub-goal to track progress and measure success.
