Vendor that will provide the Agency with Promotional Testing instruments to be utilized for the evaluation of Illinois State Police officers seeking promotion to the ranks of Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. The target ranks of Sergeant and Master Sergeant will be tested in even numbered years, and the target ranks of Lieutenant and Captain will be tested in odd numbered years. The Vendor will administer each instrument, incorporate additional data that will be provided by the Agency, and generate a final score output for each candidate. The final scores will be incorporated into a promotional eligibility list. Upon completion of each component, Vendor will provide the Agency with a validation report(s) addressing both content and outcome of test(s) per rank.
