CMS, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a joint purchase master contract for moving services in Regions 2-10. **BIDDERS DO NOT ENTER ANY INFORMATION OR PRICING ON THIS LINE ITEM**Union Labor Moving Services - Flat Rate -Applies only when the Ordering Governmental Unit specifies that union labor is required. Flat rate that includes an all-inclusive quote covering all applicable goods and services necessary to complete the move. The quote shall include a breakdown of the hourly labor rates and classifications in accordance with the applicable CBA. Region 2: Moving Supervisor Hourly Rate: Straight Time Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Region 2: Moving Supervisor Hourly Rate: Overtime After 5:00 pm and Saturdays Supervisor Hourly Rate: Overtime After 5:00 pm and Saturdays --- Rates cannot be more than one and a half higher than the rates provided for Straight Time --- The State can require work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Region 2: Moving Supervisor Hourly Rate: Sundays and Holidays --- Rates cannot be more than double the rates provided for Straight Time --- The State can require work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Region 2: Mover (Non-Supervisor) Hourly Rate: Straight Time Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
