The Hoboken Board of Education convened a special session that included a public meeting and an executive session. The primary focus of the executive session was to conduct interviews for the Superintendent candidate. Following the executive session, the board reconvened in public session and voted to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting included discussions and actions on various topics, such as budget planning for the 2014-2015 school year, approval of a new board member, a report on the 2013 financial year audit, and committee reports from the Finance, Governance, Curriculum and Instruction, Athletics and Performing Arts, and Facilities and Wellness committees.
