1. Furnish all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary for a 16” and 36” bore across Interstate 64 at mile marker, 93.3 through an existing 54” corrugated casing each totaling 375 LF. The contractor will be responsible, for the skids necessary to slide the new casing through the existing corrugated pipe. 2. Furnish all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to install the 6” and 16” carrier pipe through the 16” and 36” casings. 3. Furnish all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to install the 104 CY of flowable fill in the 54” casing over the 16” casing and 36” casing. 4. Augusta Water (AW) shall provide the following: 1) Removal of existing water line and piers throughout existing 54” corrugated pipe. 2) Excavated Bore and Receiving Pit with a 6” gravel bed. 3) 16” steel 0.5” thick casing, 4) 6” DI MJ pipe, 5) 36” steel 0.5” thick casing, 6) 16” DI MJ pipe, 7) Spiders for the 6” pipe and 16” pipe, 8) Flowable Fill, 9) Temporary framing/support for Flowable Fill Casing End Seal, 10) Casing End Seals.
