Dewater existing 16” and 24” sewer force mains with the authority s assistance. 2. Excavate and remove existing 16” and 24” valves. 3. Install new 16” and 24” plug valves provided by the authority. 4. Backfill and compact in lifts, and restore all disturbed areas to original condition, or better. 5. Dispose of existing valves.
