Water-cable barriers - qty: 649: Dimensions: Length: 75" to 76" per section; Height: 43" to 46"; Width: 18" to 22.5". Weights: Empty weight: 160 lbs. to 215 lbs. to allow manual movement prior to filling; Filled ballasted weight: 2,000 lbs. to 2,150 lbs. when ballasted with municipal tap water. Material: Durable, high-density, UV-stabilized polyethylene plastic with molded forklift pass-through pockets and stacking lugs. Internal Cable Reinforcement: Minimum of four (4) integrated, corrosion-resistant internal steel cables running longitudinally through the barrier body, interconnecting section-to-section to establish a continuous high-strength tension line. Connection System: Interlocking multi-knuckle hinge design secured with galvanized steel T-pins and keeper pins, allowing up to 15 degrees of articulation per joint to accommodate track curves. Crash-Test Certification: Independently certified under NCHRP Report 350 and/or AASHTO MASH criteria for Test Level 3 (TL-3) longitudinal barriers at 62.1 mph (100 km/h).
