Responses are used for market research purposes to determine if adequate small business contractors are available for the proposed project.

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is soliciting proposals for the removal and remediation of regulated waste found in the Bayou Sauvage Urban National Wildlife Refuge to prevent the spread of invasive plant pests. The selected contractor will be responsible for the deep burial of APHIS-regulated waste at an authorized landfill and must manage access to the site, including a private property lease. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $1.5M and $3.5M.
