The Work will consist of: Expansion and renovation of an existing all-gender restroom located on the Level 300 concourse to provide accommodations for an Adult Changing Facility to comply with California Building Code requirements. The Contractor awarded the Project is responsible for all aspects of the Project including, without limitation, performing all structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utility related Work necessary to provide a fully functional Project.
