Reviewing travel related internal controls and documentation retention practices. Reviewing fmcs travel policies, procedures, directives, and forms for alignment with applicable federal requirements. Analyzing travel data to identify trends, anomalies, recurring deficiencies, cost savings opportunities, and process improvement opportunities. Providing findings, recommendations, corrective action support, and executive level summaries.
